Job Title: IT Support Applications Analyst Location-Type: Hybrid (Wilmington, DE - 3 days onsite) Start Date Is: June 23 or ASAP Duration: Contract through End of 2025 (likely to extend) Compensation Range: $25-29/hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c) Job Description: Provide Tier 1-2 support for research-focused digital applications, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service for scientific end users. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues within EDL, ELNs, and Chemdraw applications
- Sort and route incoming requests to appropriate business units
- Convert reports to PDF/A for server storage
- Manage user access through Azure Active Directory
- Interface with scientists and researchers to resolve technical issues
- Collaborate on continuous application improvements
- Document issues and feedback for future upgrades

- Someone who has some knowledge on how to code (when there are issues with ELN, not frequent, not an everyday issue)
