IT Support Analyst We're seeking an IT Support Analyst for a client of ours in the Greenwich area. This position will provide hands-on and remote support for users in their US office and across global locations. This role is key to maintaining smooth day-to-day technology operations, resolving user issues efficiently, and delivering excellent service. Salary range - $80,000 - $90,000 + 10% target bonus, benefits are 100% paid by the employer. Fully on-site role - Greenwich CT area. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first- and second-line support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues; escalate when needed.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding (joiners, movers, leavers) and ensure audit-ready documentation.
- Support AV and conference room equipment and ensure all systems remain updated and secure.
- Collaborate with IT teams in London and Bermuda to ensure seamless global IT operations.
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge base and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and ITIL-aligned best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; able to support senior stakeholders and VIPs.
- Comfortable working independently, across time zones, and outside standard hours when needed.
