Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for computer systems, cloud-based solutions, software, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot problems and offer resolutions as part of the helpdesk support
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions while executing security and compliance strategies
- Communicate and collaborate across all organizational departments and external resources
- Monitor systems and perform daily security and compliance tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1-2 years experience within an IT Support Team or as an IT Administrator
- Good practical experience in managing IT systems and applications, troubleshooting, and repairing issues
- Working knowledge of Windows, Azure, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Cybersecurity
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
