IT Specialist - Career Movement : Job Details

We're partnering with a global leader in the health and wellness space on a confidential search for a Mid-Level IT Specialist in Hawthorne, CA. This is a hands-on role focused on SAP system support and general IT infrastructure. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and configure SAP ERP platforms including S/4HANA, Business One, and SuccessFactors
• Troubleshoot SAP CPI integrations and maintain secure API connections
• Provide Level 2 and 3 SAP support, addressing system errors and workflow issues
• Oversee SAP data management, performance tuning, and reporting
• Support hardware, software, and network troubleshooting across the business
• Identify process improvements and help automate SAP workflows
• Maintain documentation and provide end-user training

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3 to 5 years of IT system administration experience with a focus on SAP
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP CPI, token configurations, and API setup
• Familiarity with S/4HANA, Business One, and SuccessFactors
• Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Solid grasp of networking basics including VPNs, firewalls, and DHCP
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications such as SAP Associate, CompTIA, or ITIL are a plus but not required

Compensation: $90,000 per year
