Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an IT Specialist will include

  • Act as the CRM systems primary internal expert and support contact, ensuring data integrity and improving workflow.
  • Manage website and digital content updates, coordinating with staff and troubleshooting fundamental issues.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and support teams for escalated CRM and website issues.
  • Provide general office support, including handling calls, emails, data entry, and assisting team members.
  • Implement cyber security protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM.
  • Solid technical aptitude and ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization.
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree in information systems, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.
