HBITS-03-11510Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:

• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email, and telephone
• Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
• Provide instruction on newly released functionality
• Deliver presentations to line staff
• Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
• Review training materials
• Provide technical assistance with data warehouse

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

• 44 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment.
• 44 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a Child Welfare environment.
• 44 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application.
• 44 months of working on a statewide over 15K users roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to ongoing support and ending with follow up.
• Bachelor's Degree.
