IT Specialist
Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Minimum Requirements:
- 44 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment.
- 44 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a Child Welfare environment.
- 44 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed application.
- 44 months of working on a statewide over 15K users roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to ongoing support and ending with follow up.
- Bachelor's Degree.
