IT Sourcing/Procurement Specialist - ICONMA : Job Details

Our Client, a Banking and Financial Services company, is looking for an IT Sourcing/Procurement Specialist for their Newark, NJ/Hybrid location.

• Assist with sourcing processes, including the acquisition of IT solutions such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and traditional on-premise software.
• Assist in developing Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs).
• Support the negotiation and execution of enterprise-wide purchasing programs for the Global Technology Business Unit.
• Manage and lead negotiations of contract terms for master agreements and engagement schedules.
• Lead pricing and volume discount negotiations.
• Handle routine and complex paperwork, including negotiating contracts related to new IT solutions.
• Possess experience in IT procurement, managing complex IT acquisitions, and negotiating IT contracts.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a multi-function team environment, including influence management.
• Be familiar with technology contracting terminology.

• Effective conflict management skills.
• Understanding of IT industry trends in contracting and supplier management practices.
• Strong sourcing skills and relevant experience.
• Analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
