Salary Range: $98,800 - 123,500

CEVA Contract Logistics US Inc. in Jacksonville, FL seeks an IT Solutions Architect with partial telecommuting.

YOUR ROLE

Architect, design and govern the company's system integration landscape, including all aspects of system integration between the company's application suite and external business partners, as well as the interconnection of the company's solution stack within the enterprise.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Responsible for system integration, including message or service-oriented communication and data integration.
  • Fine-tune and safeguard the existing Integration Architecture and participate in overarching Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
  • Define IT, services, and process standards within the Integration domain.
  • Set standards and templates for business lines or corporate functions.
  • Create designs, solutions, and procedures meeting current business, customer, and technological requirements.
  • Design a consistent integration architecture covering all aspects of service and data integration between internal and external IT systems.
  • Develop and manage critical know-how within the area of expertise.
  • Influence the organization on the global IT function scope in the area of expertise.
  • Make complex decisions impacting multiple IT functional areas.
  • Optimize and implement business processes across different applications/modules at the global IT level.
  • Collaborate with other technical experts to ensure alignment on technical decisions, including participation in the Global Enterprise Architect function.
  • Govern and fine-tune the existing Integration architecture.
  • Identify opportunities, analyze impacts, and drive continuous innovation in the system integration landscape.
  • Participate in re-engineering of business processes on a global level.
  • Work with functional IT experts to create world-class solutions.
  • Align integration strategy with the wider IT strategy and company goals.
  • Support and manage supplier relations, including vendor evaluation, selection, and governance.
  • Drive proof of concepts and vendor/product selection initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide team members, including training and knowledge transfer.
  • Act as a single point of contact for Integration Architecture.
  • Serve as an expert to senior business and IT leaders.
  • Implement governance processes for all responsibilities.
  • Operate in complex decision-making environments impacting the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with senior management across IT, Business Development, and Operations to deliver optimal global solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Middleware integration, including architecting and delivering large-scale system integration landscapes, preferably in large companies or recognized IT consultancies, with expertise in system integration, B2B, Enterprise Application Integration, SOA, and Enterprise Service Bus, plus hands-on Tibco experience.
