Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This position analyzes, designs, and develops tests and test-automation. It collaborates cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
  • Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
  • Use test-driven development in an agile environment.
  • Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and deployment pipeline.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven solutions.
  • Apply best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations - AS400/IBMi.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends/shifts outside core hours.
  • Prolonged sitting, use of hands, speaking, hearing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

All employees must adhere to security responsibilities and comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

Potential pay ranges from $74,000 to $118,000 based on experience and skills.
