Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Manager

The Technical Manager is responsible for leading/supporting the technical team, providing technical direction, and serving as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME).

  • Implement new capabilities and improve existing functionality within ServiceNow.
  • Provide overall thought leadership to this platform from an operational excellence perspective.
  • Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Collaborate with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows.
  • Develop system integrations and process automation, fully utilizing the platform's workflow capabilities.
  • Create reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to support global staff.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of extensive ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience in a global enterprise environment.
  • 15+ years of professional technical experience in the IT industry.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as System Administration, Application Development, and/or Implementation.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the ITSM/ITIL framework and ServiceNow licensing.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, GRC, SECOPS, PPM, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and latest features.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage network MID servers and related technology tools.
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to understand larger issues and interrelationships.
  • Adherence to defined procedures to ensure operational excellence, system resiliency, and security compliance.
