Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will spearhead transformative infrastructure setups and seamless cloud migrations for our esteemed clientele. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of complex IT projects, leveraging advanced technologies to optimize business operations and achieve strategic objectives.

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, server virtualization, and network upgrades.
• Architect and deploy scalable solutions using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, ensuring robust security and high availability.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct thorough assessments and audits of existing IT environments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in IT infrastructure technologies, providing thought leadership and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.

IT Senior Project Engineer (MSP) Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior engineering role, specializing in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions within an MSP environment.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations, virtualization, and network architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows Servers, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salary $100,000-$120,000 plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.
