Job Summary The IT Systems Security Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the security of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. The role involves collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and managing security tools. Responsibilities Evaluate IT systems for risks and vulnerabilities. Perform gap assessments and recommend security improvements. Assist with internal controls like access reviews and segregation of duties. Work with IT to remediate vulnerabilities. Manage user access controls and IAM practices. Maintain security tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and scanners. Support audits and compliance documentation. Promote security awareness across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related; Master's or certifications (CISA, CISSP, Security+) preferred. Minimum 4 years in security roles. Experience with security infrastructure and tools. Knowledge of GRC tools like ServiceNow or Audit Board. Understanding of cloud security (Oracle Cloud, AWS). Strong communication and organizational skills. Additional Information Some travel required for onsite audits in Houston, TX. Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite in Los Angeles, 3 days remote.
