- At least 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure;
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Active Directory (adding users, modifying access rights, etc.);
- Advanced knowledge in administering Active Directory, FTP/SFTP, MS-SQL, MS-SharePoint, MS-Exchange;
- Advanced knowledge of VMware ESX, Network Attached Storage, and Storage Area Network;
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN based on TCP/IP;
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems: Windows (especially), Linux (preferable).
- Responsible for all aspects related to information security within the company, including planning and developing the information security strategy;
- Ensures that information technology complies with current laws and regulations while guaranteeing that the company's IT environment is secure;
- Creates, implements, and tests IT security checks;
- Develops standards and procedures for classifying information to be managed properly;
- Manages and optimizes the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and computer networks.
