Our client, a leader in the health industry, is hiring their IT QA Manager. This position will lead the quality engineering efforts. The team is responsible for developing automation frameworks and delivering software solutions for business needs.

• Contribute to building and executing test scripts and support the team.
• Knowledge of system design and regulatory solutions.
• Capability to work cross-functionally across teams.
• Contribute to the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test scripts.
• Define and implement automation testing strategies.
• Oversee validation of third-party systems and vendor solutions.
• Define test data strategy.
• Ensure QA practices comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Implement QA process improvements to increase productivity and automation.
• Define and track quality metrics and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Previous experience working within an automation framework.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical education.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience, including a QA senior role.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with SQL Server and API testing.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Micro Focus ALM, Jira.
• Experience leading QA in Agile and Hybrid Agile environments, along with associated methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Experience working with cloud technologies (Snowflake, Azure DevOps).
