The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects within the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that project objectives are met in alignment with business goals. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- PMP Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
