Job Description

The IT Project Manager will provide management oversight and leadership of the technical staff through an ISO systems engineering development process to deliver fully integrated IT solutions. Duties include project management and oversight of existing contracts for cost, schedule, performance, risk, and supplier/subcontractor management. Additional duties include customer engagement and business development, as well as support of related proposal activities.

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant integration experience
• Experience managing large-scale integrated projects intended for classified operation within secure areas
• Management experience in design and build of classified IT facilities (e.g., data centers, NOC/SOC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Required Skills

• Prime/Subcontract management experience and familiarity with FAR/DFARs/DD254
• Develop project plans, manage deadlines, coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Problem-solving, self-motivation, dependability, and trustworthiness
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Technical aptitude, ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings

Clearance Level: Active Top Secret
