Job Title: SBS IT Project Manager Location-Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite - Windsor, CT) Start Date Is: July 14, 2025 Duration: 6+ months (contract) Compensation Range: $56+ per hour Job Description: Lead and deliver infrastructure-focused IT projects through the full SDLC lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget execution. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Drive projects using PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Assemble and manage project teams and resources
• Maintain project schedules and financial forecasts
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and senior leadership
• Communicate project scope, risks, and status effectively
• Mentor junior project team members

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with SDLC, PMBOK (Guide Five/Nine), Agile, and Waterfall
  • Infrastructure project leadership (e.g., network upgrades, facility build-outs)
  • Ability to present to senior executives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and governance knowledge
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • PMP or Agile certification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with executive-level reporting and presentations
