We're searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead impactful technology projects from concept to completion.In this role, you'll:
- Guide technical teams through cloud, software, and network implementations
- Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models
- Communicate directly with stakeholders to align business goals with technical strategy
- Own risk mitigation, quality control, and financial management across multiple initiatives

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project Planning, Monitoring and Reporting
- Lead technical project teams including providing guidance on deliverables within a standalone technical project and/or a part of a strategic business project.
- Project Planning and Execution including defining IT project goals, scope and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive IT project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Create, manage and implement leveraging the project plans.
- Track project progress.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards through oversight of defect management and resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor emerging threats. Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
- Assist in creating business and functional requirements as needed.
Resource and Budget Management
- Assisting to identify resources.
- Developing, obtaining approval, and managing the IT project budget.
Communication
- Provide daily/weekly project updates including progress, risks and issues both verbally and in writing
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of technical goals and considerations as a part of business-oriented projects.
Risk Management
- Identify and assess potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor emerging threats. Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
- Create and maintain a RACI (responsibility assignment matrix) for IT projects.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer or Information Science or a related field or acceptable combination of education, training and experience
- At least 7 years of experience working in IT/IS Program/Project Management including Cloud, Network and Software Implementations
- Experience managing Agile, Waterfall and hybrid projects
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, data and software implementations
- Ability to lead project teams and strong relationships with project stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues and make informed decisions
- Creation and managing of RACIs
- Financial management of IT projects
- Quality Control Management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written (English) communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Mastera degree in business, Computer or Information Science or a related field or acceptable combination of education, training and experience
- Professional Services related experience
- 2+ years executing large-scale implementation
- Experience leading EPR/Practice Management solutions
- Experience leading security related projects, i.e. IAM
- Salesforce implementation experience
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Denver, CO, is $90,000-$165,000.
