This role will focus on driving multiple cross-functional projects focused on business process improvement initiatives, fostering innovation, and delivering impactful solutions across applications, data/reporting, infrastructure, and operational excellence.

A background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement is ideal. Familiarity with tools like SmartSheets, JIRA, Enterprise ERP, CRM, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results.
• Experience with Enterprise ERP, CRM systems, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of tools such as SmartSheets and JIRA.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Understanding of business systems, infrastructure, and operational processes.
• Able to prioritize, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
