Candidate Responsibilities

Summary:

Ability to take accountability for the team's delivery capability and drive the teams to success.

Leverage MS Tools to document architecture, MS Project plans, Excel, and solution documentation.

Successful in starting and completing multiple projects simultaneously. Hands-on experience with various agile or lean methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Ensure customer satisfaction and delight.

Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values effectively.

Encourage self-organization within the team.

Assist the team in filling gaps through self-organization.

Remove impediments or guide the team to do so by finding the right personnel.

Facilitate work completion without coercion, assignment, or dictation.

Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Enhance communication, transparency, and information sharing.

Support and educate the Product Owner, especially regarding backlog grooming and maintenance.

Support the team using a servant leadership style and lead by example.

Technical Skills

7-8 years of IT experience required, with 3-5 years of project management experience.

Bachelor's degree in a related IT field required; applications or database-related degrees preferred.

Understanding of Data Architecture and Data Migration is necessary. Proficiency with Visio required.

Basic Excel skills required.

Experience with Microsoft Project and UAT testing processes required.

Experience with Agile Product Methodology is desired.

PMP Certification is a plus.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
