Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and deployment of the company's HR technology platforms, including recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, employee training, and related processes.
- Serve as a key intermediary, fostering collaboration among senior stakeholders, business teams, and both internal and external development teams, ensuring project scope, prioritization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- At least three years of experience as a technical project manager, overseeing projects involving third-party developers.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering productive discussions among dispersed teams.
- Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Self-driven with a proven ability to manage high-profile projects from start to finish.
