What You'll Be Doing
- Identify the need for solutions and assist stakeholders with cost-benefit analysis.
- Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings to improve communication and project execution.
- Evaluate technical, cost, and business information from multiple sources.
- Ensure all solutions support compliance and security requirements.
- Translate customer business needs into application and/or operational requirements.
- Develop and perform testing to ensure solutions match desired outcomes.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- 5-7+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
- Experience in an agile scrum environment.
- Background in quality assurance and customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Scrum Master, PMP certification, and/or Business Analyst certification, a plus.
Total Rewards
$89000 – $111000 / year includes base salary plus 15% profit-sharing contribution to your retirement account. Salary is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
