Job Description: *THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE CONSULTANT TO WORK ONSITE IT Project CoordinatorPosition Overview We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to lead and execute complex technology projects across multiple specialties including systems/business analysis, application development and implementation, PC/LAN support, and technical documentation. This role requires a seasoned professional who can bridge technical expertise with strong project management capabilities to deliver successful outcomes in a networked PC environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all aspects of technology projects from initiation through completion
- Lead projects in one or more of the following specialties:
- Systems and business analysis
- Development and implementation of applications in networked PC environments
- PC/LAN support and infrastructure
- Technical writing and documentation
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and implementation strategies
- Conduct project evaluations and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to both technical staff and user community
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant technology specialties
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong understanding of technical issues and solutions in networked environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical teams and end-user communities
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills
- ServiceNow Platform: 4-6 years of hands-on experience
- Data Analysis: 4-6 years of experience with data interpretation and reporting
- MS Excel Advanced: 4-6 years of experience with complex spreadsheet functions, pivot tables, and data modeling
Soft Skills
- Customer Service: 2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles
- Organizational Analysis: 2-4 years of experience in process improvement and organizational assessment
Additional Technical Experience
- ServiceNow Technical Implementation: 2-4 years of technical configuration and customization experience
