IT Program Manager - Genesis10 : Job Details

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in New York, NY. This is a 12+ month contract position.

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with PMP Certification
• 5+ years of relevant financial industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders in Trading Desk
• Proficiency in Python
• Ability to clearly articulate and translate technology concepts, processes, and deliverables into business-facing documents for senior management
• Excellent attention to detail for developing and revising project documentation and artifacts
• Excellent planning skills, including prioritization and meeting deadlines in large programs
• Decisiveness and ability to take timely independent action
• A flexible, hardworking, and can do attitude; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid changes
• Effective communication within multi-disciplinary teams across locations and time zones, including demanding business users
• Experience interacting with senior leadership
• Understanding of batch processing and regression testing
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)

• Master's degree, preferably with PMP Certification
• 10+ years of relevant financial industry experience
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Understanding of financial products such as OTC derivatives and risk management

$60.80 - $68.80
