Meridian Technologies is currently seeking an IT Program Manager for an opportunity in Columbia, SC!Summary:
- Position Title: IT Program Manager
- Location: Columbia, SC/Hybrid
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- 12-month contract
- Must be able to work on W2 as an hourly Meridian Employee
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in any major.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- 7 years IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams. Completion of the Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system/customer impacts to greater complexity system/customer impacts.
- Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adhere to high quality standards, and meet ISSM expectations. Monitors project plans, assignments, and work efforts daily.
- Ensures resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, and timeline issues.
- Tracks key project milestones and adjusts plans accordingly.
- Leads the project and mentors other project leads, participating in staff training and development.
- Develops and monitors project and risk management plans, ensuring documentation from scope to post-implementation.
- Ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and meet standards.
- Identifies scope, budget, risk, and resource impacts and manages project issues throughout the lifecycle.
- Manages resource requirements based on project specifications, ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
- Develops, executes, and maintains project communications, facilitating effective communication among all parties.
- Addresses issues impacting scope, budget, or resources.
- Maintains project documentation for audit purposes following standards.
- May oversee multiple work efforts or perform peer reviews.
