Evaluate support issues and communicate/escalate issue to appropriate additional support resource when applicable. Develop strategies to improve overall reliability and efficiency of the supporting corrugator information systems Liaison with other professionals to develop and implement these strategies Implement, test and develop documentation for various system improvements. Provide employee training regarding system improvements. Other duties as assigned and Overtime as needed will be required.Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Solid knowledge of Networking concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ).
• The ability to research, read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and manuals.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Additional beneficial skills/abilitiesA+ core certificationUnderstanding of Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC) conceptsKnowledge of business systems and/or schedulingEducation and Experience- Technical degree preferred in a related area such as Applied Science, Mechatronics, Automation or Supply Chain Management (Assoc./ Bachelors) and /or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.Additional RequirementsAbility and willingness to travelAbility and willingness to work/cover various shifts and be on call.Able to lift 25 lbs.Compensation Range:The pay range for this position is $19.38 - $32.93. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $0.00 to $0.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases.
