As our CEO says, “we work hard, and we play hard”, and we need your help to improve even more financial lives!The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating core system issues, upgrades, enhancements and assists in daily monitoring system consoles for error indicators, error messagesWho YOU are:

• College degree and or specialized certification or licensing Certifications or technical training; or two to five years related IT operations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with core software applications such as Fiserv, DNA or similar platform used in the financial institution industry.
• Proven experience in supporting core processing system software, as well as batch and processing methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills when working with inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call activities to ensure 24x7 operational support.

What YOU'LL do:

• Vendor management – When appropriate, reach to vendor for systems support
• Core System Management – Participate in application upgrades, data refreshes and other Core Banking Eco-System maintenance activities, as assigned.
• Problem diagnostics and resolution – troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues incidents reported by end users.
• Job scheduling – Monitor batch, troubleshoot and resolve failed jobs.
• Provide timely communication to leadership as it applies to any of the above stated job duties to ensure alignment for all mission critical activity.
• This role is responsible for resolving core system related issues, calling responsively and proactively, providing documentation and resources to ensue solutions in timely manner.
