IT Operations Specialist - Stanford Federal Credit Union : Job Details

College degree and or specialized certification or licensing Certifications or technical training; or two to five years related IT operations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with core software applications such as Fiserv, DNA or similar platform used in the financial institution industry. Proven experience in supporting core processing system software, as well as batch and processing methodologies. Knowledge of SQL is preferred. Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills when working with inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Willingness to participate in on-call activities to ensure 24 x 7 operational support. What YOU'LL do:Vendor management - When appropriate, reach to vendor for systems support.
