We cannot provide sponsorship/work authorization for this role.)Schedule: 20 hours per week, M-F, 4 hours per day. Pay Rate: $40/hourEssential Functions:
- Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies across departments.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to redesign and implement improved processes
- Leverage healthcare & business analytics systems to extract insights and monitor performance.
- Develop and present dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support decision making.
- Support implementation and adoption of new technologies and systems, ensuring alignment with compliance and patient privacy standards.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Document business requirements and assist in testing and validation of systems changes.
- Provide training and support for end-users on process or system enhancements.
- Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
- Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.
- Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health or related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, process analysis or EHR analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams, preferred
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies, preferred

- Effective computer literacy skills, including Windows applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health records, etc.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Possess a valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
- Successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, background checks, and any other required assessments, such as a physical examination and TB test.
