IT Manager - Phoenix Pro Connect : Job Details

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for the supervision, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and support for our teams. This full-time role (Monday-Friday) offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to lead key initiatives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud systems, hardware, software). - Lead and develop a team of IT professionals. - Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. - Implement and enforce information security policies and best practices. - Provide senior technical support and troubleshoot complex issues. - Manage the IT budget and negotiate with vendors. - Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and security. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of proven experience in an IT management role or similar. - Strong knowledge of network administration, operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience in IT project management (PMP/ITIL certification is a plus). - Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Compensation and Benefits: - Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 - 10% annual bonus based on performance. - Monday - Friday.
