We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT department and provide strategic direction for the company's technology infrastructure. This role is pivotal in supporting the business operations, including cloud infrastructure, data security, and user support across multiple offices and properties.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Plan and manage IT budgets and vendor relationships
  • Manage the company's network, cloud services, and server infrastructure
  • Maintain the organization's IT systems, networks, and endpoints
  • Ensure uptime, data integrity, and business continuity through proper backup and disaster recovery planning
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
  • Oversee cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data
  • Lead and provide technical support to staff across departments and remote locations
  • Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and software rollouts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • Microsoft Certified a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with team members
  • Strong sense of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks and responsibilities
