Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments. Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. Coordinate system updates, upgrades, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and recommend scalable solutions. Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and consultants. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and assess their applicability to the organization.
