IT ManagerJob Summary:The IT Manager will oversee our growing IT team, manage vendors, and ensure all systems and networks operate securely and efficiently across offices. You'll be a key leader ensuring the technical infrastructure supports all departments-including Sales-by enhancing the functionality of our Salesforce CRM and streamlining sales processes for improved performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:* Lead and mentor a small but growing IT team* Oversee system infrastructure and networking* Manage security protocols and compliance* Coordinate IT-related vendor contracts and relationships* Develop and enforce IT policies and SOPs* Handle high-level escalation and issue resolution* Plan and manage IT projects* Partner with Sales leadership to enhance Salesforce functionality and reporting* Identify and implement technical solutions that optimize sales workflows and CRM adoption

Skills:* Strong leadership and project management* Excellent understanding of enterprise systems* Deep knowledge of networking, servers, and security* Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions* IT budgeting and procurement

Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field* 5+ years of IT experience, 2+ in a management role* Healthcare or staffing IT background preferred
