A. Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. is looking for an IT Intern. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests from manufacturing and office co-workers. Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets using our IT service management system. Dispatch support tickets to the appropriate IT team members based on issue type and urgency. Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain clear documentation of support activities and resolutions. Assist with basic troubleshooting and provide status updates to users. Assist IT staff with routine tasks and project work. QUALIFICATIONS Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills.
