***In office position with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after a probationary period.

Function:

Oversees staff to ensure the efficient operation of the Credit Union's network, information security, client-server hardware, software, and ensure end-users receive appropriate technical assistance while using information systems. The Supervisor works closely with executive staff and decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Position Requirements:

GENERAL:

  • Onsite with remote flexibility
  • On-call response to resolve unexpected system issues affecting customer services
  • Occasional local travel to support branch technology operations
  • Occasional travel for technical conferences

EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Three (3) years of technical services-related experience
  • Demonstrated work-related experience may be considered instead of education requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degree
  • Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements

Duties:

  • Manage the processing of end-user support requests to the Help Desk to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues, adhering to assigned service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee, mentor, train, and develop the IT Infrastructure team to include help desk, security, server, and network administration staff
  • Manage the daily activities for the IT Infrastructure staff to provide guidance and direction
  • Assist in provisioning network, security, servers, and end-user services
  • Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, hardware, software, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data residing on or transmitted to/from/through enterprise workstations, servers, and other systems over the network, in databases, and other data repositories
  • Practice asset management for information systems including network, hardware, and software equipment
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all systems, including servers, end-user workstations, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Oversee the deployment, integration, and management of security solutions following the information security program and industry best practices
  • Create, analyze, and update all necessary IT Infrastructure documentation
  • Create, update, refine, and execute an annual IT Disaster Recovery Plan, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Provide technical support to project managers on project teams
  • Manage assigned third party service provider relationships and monitor service level agreement performance
  • Provide support for regulatory and compliance audit requests
  • Attend seminars and training to gain an understanding and support technology solutions
  • Adhere to regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform duties of the position, including all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Lending, and Information Security
