This role is a direct hire, onsite position located in Orion, MI. Clover Consulting, a Myticas company, is seeking an IT Plant Manager to oversee all IT-related activities at the local manufacturing plant, including infrastructure, manufacturing software, and business operations. Local candidates are preferred.

• Manage daily IT activities at the plant, including employee issues.
• Assist in budget planning and management for the plant and corporate levels.
• Supervise IT support staff at the plant.
• Manage third-party maintenance for network, hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Participate in hardware and software procurement planning and implementation.
• Oversee installation of hardware and software.
• Provision end-user workstations and laptops according to standards.

• At least six years of experience as an IT Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, cross-functional team collaboration, budget management, and project management.
• Minimum three years of experience in training and developing staff.
• Technical skills in SQL Server, Microsoft OS and Office, VMWare, PC, RF, printing, server, and network storage systems.
• Knowledge of networking and backup technologies.

• Experience with automotive IT systems, ERP (e.g., Plex), MES, and plant floor applications/networks.
