Collaborate with IT staff to resolve technical incidents or fulfill service requests Learn to perform installations and configurations of hardware. Clear documentation is essential for tracking progress and knowledge sharing. Basic network troubleshooting. Learn to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues. User support and training.
