Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with remote Wednesdays.

We are looking for a dynamic IT Infrastructure and Security Analyst with a passion for cybersecurity, a strong foundation in IT/Network Administration, and an interest in physical asset security. In this hybrid role, you will safeguard our organization against security threats while also ensuring our IT infrastructure operates seamlessly. You will have the opportunity to design and implement security measures, respond to incidents, and manage the network infrastructure that underpins our operations.

Information Security

• Perform security awareness training for employees to mitigate risks such as phishing.
• Support audits by gathering evidence and documentation for compliance frameworks.
• Act as a liaison between IT, legal, operations and GTM units for security-related initiatives.
• Address vendor security-related requests.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead efforts to implement and optimize security tools.

IT And User Access Management

• Manage network infrastructure.
• Support and maintain IT systems.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Educate users on basic IT practices.
• Monitor system and network performance.
• Audit all SaaS subscriptions and vendor applications.
• Oversee user account provisioning and permission management.
• Support onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets.

Facility Security Collaboration

• Work closely with Revivn's Asset Protection Manager.
• Connect security tools to proprietary servers.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Product teams.

• A self-starter who is eager to take on a role combining security and IT.
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and finding innovative ways to enhance system security and performance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to keeping systems secure and reliable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security or IT/network administration.
• Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management, virtualization, and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work independently on moderate to complex issues.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and tools.
• Familiarity with operating systems and virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.

• Relevant certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools.
• Experience with DevOps teams.
• Hands-on experience with incident response.
• Experience managing ITSM platforms.
