You will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, performing hardware/software break-fixes, service integrations, physical virtual network installations, working with department leads, and completing large scale projects with the helpdesk team. Candidates considered for this role must possess advanced knowledge of IT systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and high-level communication skills.Essential Job Functions

  • User troubleshooting - Resolve systems, application, hardware, and network trouble tickets administered via FreshService ITSM. Typically includes supporting: Microsoft and Windows-based software, call center and inter-business softphones, web-based services, common office hardware/software.
  • User account onboarding/management - Gmail, O365, other third-party services. Laptop/workstation provisioning.
  • Track related IT issues - Take ownership or coordinate resolution and assist in driving large issues to a close with helpdesk team and business leads, escalating high severity issues to CIO if needed.
  • Windows/Active Directory administration including DHCP, AD management, Group Policy.
  • Google Workspace Administration.
  • Support CURE HQ helpdesk team to install/configure network applications, tools, and patches (Cisco Meraki firewalls/switches/peripherals, VMware environment, Windows Servers etc.).
  • Work with CURE HQ helpdesk team when integrating new business solutions.

Experience/Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a business office environment: Supporting PCs, peripherals, printers, phones, servers, software installations, including installation, configuration, and maintaining OS and user applications.
  • Operating Systems: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows Server 2022.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • At least 1 year of network support experience.
  • Maintaining network hardware and software, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Protecting networks from unauthorized users and implementing security measures.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, TeamViewer, Veeam, vSphere, AWS, GCP, Genesys Cloud, FreshService, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012 is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, scripting, and security tools.

Physical Actions/Environment: Required job duties consist of prompt and regular attendance, ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others; standing, sitting and typing for extended periods; and lifting and/or carrying up to 5 lbs. Ability to frequently communicate with others in-person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing.
