IT Generalist - Tad Pgs : Job Details

Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity Will work 12-hour shifts: 8 am-8 pm or 8 pm-8 am, 3 days a week, possible OT Basic Hiring Criteria: Associate's degree or equivalent educational experience with IT infrastructure Minimum 4 Years experience IT Generalist Desired Qualifications: 4-7 Years experience...IT, Generalist, Technology, Staffing
