Job SummaryThe IT Finance Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of Digital Operating Model (DOM) IT projects, budgets, and operations. This role is responsible for collaborating with both the IT and finance departments to ensure that financial plans, ROIs, and budgets align with business objectives. The IT Finance Manager will analyze financial data, create and evaluate business cases, track spending against budgets, and ensure financial compliance within the DOM IT departments.
Core Responsibilities and Essential FunctionsFinancial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for DOM-related projects, departments, and operations. Collaborate with IT leaders and project managers to create detailed business cases for technology initiatives. Monitor and track actual expenditures against the budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Cost Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate technology investments and their ROI, supporting decision-making for capital expenditures and resource allocation. Work with entity financial leaders to determine ROI opportunities and gather data necessary to calculate the savings/costs. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular financial reports for senior management and board presentations, highlighting budget performance and key financial metrics. IT Financial Systems & Controls: Establish and enforce financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment with overall corporate financial policies and standards. Partner with various stakeholders in the organization to determine funding needs for DOM projects. Financial Compliance & Audit: Support internal and external audits related to IT financials, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date. Ensure that all financial activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal control standards. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and budgeting. Implement best practices for financial management within the DOM IT departments Special Projects, as assigned: Provide support to IT Business Office as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Minimum EducationAll certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Required Minimum SkillsProficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations. Proficient in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, financial reporting tools, etc.) and MS Excel. Knowledge of IT project management principles and methodologies preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
