IT Field Technical Lead - Pursuit - Glacier Park Collection : Job Details

System Support and Maintenance Primary responsibility is working independently with the installation and day-to-day support of IT Services for all locations within the Glacier Park Collection. Implement IT projects within collection and provide support to other Pursuit collections as needed. Advanced technical support for all IT related issues within the collection, and backup support for other collections as needed. Makes recommendations related to system upgrades, replacements and expansions to existing infrastructure to meet the needs of the business. Provide input to strategic roadmaps, IT Budgets, business strategies, hiring decisions and process designs as needed. Actively participates in the development and implementation of enterprise technology standards and guidelines within the Pursuit environment. Proactively helps with the planning for future growth of IT infrastructure within the collection.
