You'll be managing everything from our secure datacenter to robotic fulfillment systems, ensuring our distribution operations run smoothly. We're solving complex challenges daily - from optimizing robotic pick-and-pack operations to ensuring real-time inventory accuracy across our enterprise systems. To stay current in this fast-paced environment, our systems team members attend conferences and receive ongoing training in both traditional IT and emerging automation technologies. We provide AI tools to our employees and encourage innovation in how we approach technology challenges. Who We Are Looking For A technology professional with either systems administration or software development background who wants to work in a dynamic distribution environment. Whether you're a developer interested in infrastructure or a systems admin with coding skills, we want to hear from you. You'll join a collaborative team of IT professionals and software developers across our facilities. While you'll be the primary IT presence in Kansas City, you're never alone - you'll work closely with our distributed team through daily standups, shared projects, and ongoing collaboration. We believe in knowledge sharing and mutual support across all locations. We need someone who can maintain critical infrastructure while driving innovation in our distribution operations. You'll ensure our robotic systems communicate seamlessly with our enterprise software, keep operations moving during peak shipping times, provide excellent user support to our Kansas City team, and contribute to development projects that advance our technology stack. Qualifications This role requires both planned maintenance windows and availability for urgent issues. You'll balance project work, operational support, and direct user assistance while collaborating with team members across our organization. Required Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in systems administration, software development, or similar technology role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Windows environments (Server or development)
• Understanding of network infrastructure basics
• Excellent customer service skills for end-user support
• Security-conscious mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Preferred Skills (in order of importance):

• SQL or programming experience (SQL Server and C# strongly preferred)
• AI tools and platforms experience
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
• Industrial automation or robotic systems exposure
• Zebra Label Printing Systems with Bartender
• Hyperconverged infrastructure experience
• Windows Client Administration
• O365 and Microsoft Entra administration
• PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Security best practices for OT/IT environments
• Backup and disaster recovery strategies
