You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and executing complex server, network, and security projects for clients in the Willmar, MN area.Position Summary You'll leverage established best practices, refine project templates to boost efficiency, and proactively communicate with clients. We are.Responsibilities Plan and execute complex server, network, and security configurations.Apply technical skill to a wide variety of issues supporting servers, workstations, networking, virtualization, cloud, wireless access points, LOB software, standard office applications and ISPs.Follow established best practices, including project templates and checklists.Communicate proactively and regularly with clients on project tasks and milestones.Add detailed notes to every ticket for all time worked and resolutions identified.Earn satisfaction from completing projects on time and on budget.Pursue continuing technical education to stay ahead of tech trends.*You will be traveling to clients' locations in the Willmar, MN area. This will vary from week to week as your workload varies.Experience + Skills 5+ years of demonstrated technical support experience, including understanding of:Windows Server operating systems 2016, 2019, and 2022Microsoft 365 including Azure and Office productsWindows 10 and 11Networking including VLANs, VPN, routing protocols, and troubleshootingVMware and HyperV virtualizationWireless servicesCloud services, such as Azure and AWSExperience with a professional ticketing systemExcellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skillsExperience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools and TeamsAbility to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and a sense of humorDegree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience a plus3+ years of Managed Service Provider (MSP) experienceKnowledge of IT infrastructure, managed services, and cybersecurityAnalytical thinker with the ability to think outside the box to resolve customer impacting situations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
