We are looking for a driven and service-oriented IT Director, with experience developing and implementing strategic plans, to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on-site.

As The IT Director For SPIROL, You Will

• Oversee all technology operations at SPIROL, evaluating those operations according to established objectives, ensuring compliance with all global and governmental regulations related to security and privacy.
• Work collaboratively with executive leadership to optimize the use of information technology, designing and implementing programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and work closely with functional councils and subject matter experts to deliver solutions in the digital space that improve SPIROL's operations and global competitiveness.
• Direct the effective delivery of networks and disaster recovery systems, ensuring business continuity protocols are in place to minimize disruptions during emergencies or data loss.
• Oversee the operational elements of SPIROL's IT systems, ensuring systemic corrective actions are implemented with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

The Successful Candidate Should Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (Automotive or Aerospace preferred).
• 10+ years managing an IT department.
• Experience in driving and implementing 5-year plans and roadmaps.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to travel to all SPIROL facilities globally.
