IT Desktop Support Specialist - Altorfer : Job Details

Provision and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Auto. Pilot and Intune. Troubleshoot technical issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Implement and support AI-driven diagnostics, virtual agents, and automated workflows. Uphold security and compliance standards across domain-joined systems and cloud environments. Deliver responsive remote and onsite support while maintaining service-level excellence. Document support procedures, knowledge base content, and contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Auto. Pilot, Intune, and endpoint policy management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic network troubleshooting. Experience using remote support tools and enterprise ticketing systems. Working knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, and group policy administration.
