ResponsibilitiesScope of WorkThe Desktop Support role provides help and expertise across all software platforms and computing equipment within the Gaylor technology environment.Responsibilities

• Responding to support requests and taking necessary steps to resolve those problems.
• Document support issues and solutions.
• Remote problem-solving through use of remote connection tools.
• Diagnosing Windows and PC hardware issue.
• Laptop, iPad, iPhone configuration and deployment.
• Basic troubleshooting of LAN and connectivity issues.
• Perform data migrations and assist in data restorations.

QualificationsPosition Requirements

• An outgoing, amiable personality and desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good working knowledge in the Windows desktop environment.
• Maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality of all corporate information.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
