IT Business Analyst - VIP (ERP) - Reyes Beverage Group : Job Details

Acts as a liaison to business stakeholders and the IT organization, with a strong focus on supporting and enhancing our VIP ERP system. Direct support to end users, administrators, and shared services teams across the enterprise Act as a subject matter expert and key support resource for the VIP ERP system, assisting end users, administrators, and shared services teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to inform system enhancements and process improvements. Lead projects through the full development processfrom gathering requirements to working with developers, testing solutions, and supporting implementation. Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for IT and vendor teams. Create and execute test plans, ensuring solutions meet business expectations. Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
