Role Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analys t to serve as a strategic liaison between business units and IT teams. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into actionable technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage application support, and drive process improvements across both custom and commercial platforms. In this role, you'll facilitate stakeholder engagement, prioritize development backlogs, and ensure the successful delivery of application enhancements. You'll also play a key part in training, documentation, and quality assurance, helping to align technology capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather and document business requirements for application changes and enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, communication plans, and documentation for application-related initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
• Support implementation and rollout of new features, including training and documentation.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements focused on automation and cost savings.
• Drive QA efforts including test planning, execution, and user acceptance testing.
• Communicate release notes and updates to business units and franchise users.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for business users during development cycles.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or IT application support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of COTS and custom-developed applications.
• Familiarity with IT methodologies such as ISO, ITIL, and Scrum.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability and intellectual agility in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
