Overview: As a Business Analyst I, youll assist Implementation Managers and IT project teams in completing customer startup projects and demand requests. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation, system configuration, testing, issue identification and resolution, and providing support to internal and external customers. Must be able to travel with potential for overnight trips (up to 25%)
Experience with the Distribution and Warehousing sectors, including an understanding of supply chain components, dependencies, and impacts.
Familiarity with IT solution implementations for warehouses and distribution centers, such as Warehouse Management Systems, Reporting Tools, Labor Management Systems, and Billing Management Systems.
Proficiency in gathering requirements and designing solutions with stakeholders (e.g., Customer, Operations, Engineers), producing necessary artifacts, and guiding discussions with large audiences.
Involvement in Pre-Sales and Customer relationship management for prospective clients, including RFP pricing strategies.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with examples of contributions to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Smartsheets. Experience with Manhattan Associates Supply Chain Product Suite is a plus.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $75.000/Yr. - $85,000/Yr. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
